We ordered the Vignette HR for 2023 from Mandinus, perfect service and it was done very quickly - much better than queuing with the port captain and they do it online, so the whole thing is very uncomplicated - highly recommended, I will do it again in 2024 ! Ordered on February 20th, vignette received on February 23rd.
